Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup and Jean Stephenson
Drywall in northeast stairwell has been repaired and will be painted.
Fountain has been winterized.
Brent Anderson recently attended neighborhood walk with Mayor Mendenhall. UTA will contacted to provide better lighting at 2nd South bus stops.
Renters and owners encouraged to clean up after their dogs both in the front and the back.
Please be courteous.
Continued concern discussed related to overflow parking in the rear. New parking restrictions will be starting December 1. Short term guest parking will still be available for free. Starting December 1, parking pass will be available for $50/month for anyone needing spot for second car. There will still be a 72 hour time limit restriction.
If caught parking in back without a pass, a $100 fine will be assessed with immediate towing.
Scott Dastrup will check again with the city to see if we can get more recycling containers.
Owners: Please instruct renters about breaking down boxes, etc.
HOA dues will increase by 20% in 2025 to prepare for any increased repairs, etc. Budget will be discussed further during December meeting.
New meeting: Dec 5th at 4:00.
