HOA Board Meeting 8/14/2024


Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Ingham, Scott Dastrup, Jean Stephenson


First item: It is legal in Salt Lake City for buildings to be built 6 stories. Any questions should be referred to SLC planning and zoning.


Scott Dastrup is following up with Steve Murray of Red Rock Heating. Entire project is not yet completed.


Scott Dastrup will receive bid for tree trimming next Thursday 8/22/24.


Scott will also get bid for services from another janitorial company.


Transition is in process from KONE to Carson Elevator company.


Window washing has been scheduled on a yearly basis—will be scheduled in the near future.


Data will be be compiled to see how much has been spent to deal with the neighborhood homeless situation—cameras, raised fencing in the back, new locking system in lobby area, and rocks in the front. We have also had the expense related to broken windows in the past year. 

We are also unsuccessfully trying to work with public defenders office to the south in effort to put rocks. Grass has been totally ruined by the homeless situation.


Easement is part of the street. Camping is not allowed. Please report any incidents such as homeless camping via the SLC Mobile App. 


Next meeting is scheduled for 4:00 on September. 11.
