Board Members in Attendance: Scott Ingham, Brent Anderson, Jean Stephenson, Scott Dastrup.




Meeting started late as building intruder pictured in various areas of building forced open the lobby door, attempting to enter lobby. Scott and Brent escorted him out and watched him go down the street. Police called and arrived within 10 minutes. He again was able to evade the police. There is video footage of his breaking and entering. Again, please call 911 if he is found in the lobby or elsewhere in the building.




First item on agenda: New updated entrance door and unbreakable glass on lobby east windows will be addressed.


Further options discussed are cameras at the elevators on each floor, better lighting in the circular driveway, stairwells. Possibility of TV screen with all camera footage located in lobby area discussed.

List of current residents in the building to be updated. All residents highly encouraged to have a key for their unit placed in building office in case of emergency—this would be kept in secure locked location.




HOA fees will increase by 20% as of January 1, due to increased need for building maintenance, supply costs  and increased security.




Glass recycling will be discontinued at end of 90 day cycle.


Upgrade to garage lighting (LED) in process.


Possibility of roof solar panels will be explored to see if this is economical and feasible.




Floor mats will be placed in front of mailboxes and in elevators to help with tracking in snow, etc, and keep floors cleaner in inclement weather.
