The Club HOA, February 8th, 2022

Maintenance

·       We are coordinating with a property inspector to perform an evaluation of the building and property—we anticipate this to be done by end of February

·       Testing was completed on our elevators and our elevator service room was inspected, with minor repairs completed

·       We’ll be ordering trees for the front in the coming weeks, which will be planted in the spring

 

Security

·       We are evaluating security system upgrades for the building with M2 Building Systems given that our system is more than 20 years old

Other

·       Thanks to those who have helped manage the recycling bins. We have noticed an increase in garbage being placed in the bins from the street—please either take them out Monday morning or the HOA members will happily help.

The Club Annual HOA meeting will be March 9th at 630pm, conducted over Zoom. A meeting invite will be sent to owners ahead of the call.

 

The next monthly HOA meeting will be April 12th at 4pm, conducted over Zoom.
