HOA board meeting


Present: Brent Anderson, Scott Dastrup, Scott Ingham and Jean Stephenson


Reviewed agenda for upcoming annual meeting

Scott Dastrup reported that we have 13 renters in the building. We could have up to 16 to stay under the rental cap.

During this past year, we have replaced LED lighting in the garage and the big project was HVAC conversion in hallways/lobby.

Projected project will be painting balcony railings. 

Scott Dastrup will send financial information, meeting agenda, etc, to owners via email prior to the annual meeting. Goal is to build up reserve account to be proactive in being ready for upcoming needs in our aging building—such as roof, elevators, and carpet in the hallway.

Annual meeting scheduled for March 11 at 7pm via Zoom.
